None To Run (N2R) Garmin Workouts
This post provides files with the N2R 12 weeks plan in a format that can be imported into Garmin Connect.
None to Run is a great program to get you into running. It’s designed to be fun and not overwhelming, guiding you until you can run for 25 minutes non-stop.
There are multiple convenient ways to follow the plan. You can use their app, download an official PDF with the plan and even get audio cues from a Spotify podcast. Unfortunately, syncing the program with my Garmin watch wasn't straightforward. The official recommendations involved a roundabout process of using another app or digging up old workout files from the N2R community forums.
I ended up creating the workouts using Garmin Connect so I could add them to my workout calendar and sync the plan with my watch and my personal Google Calendar.
You can import all the workouts from the ZIP file to your own Connect instance using the Share your Garmin Connect workout browser extension.
Please note: This download contains one workout template for each of the 12 weeks. You will need to add each workout to your Garmin calendar multiple times each week to build out the full plan.
